Common things
- Cancel: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Kai. Cancelling stops the next charge; refunds are handled by Apple.
- Delete everything: in the app, machinery › hold to erase; or text Kai “delete everything” and confirm. Kai’s copy of your number, your messages and your record, and your phone’s link, are removed. Erasing doesn’t cancel your Apple subscription (cancel it in Settings). Backups and the records needed to verify Apple purchases are kept for a limited time, as the privacy policy explains.
- Kai stopped texting: open the app. If it says this phone is not connected, text Kai and type the code he sends.
- End a lock: in the app, on Today, hold “end the lock”. Every lock also ends on its own.
- Screen Time permission: Settings › Screen Time › Apps with Screen Time access › Kai.
